As an upholstered furniture manufacturer based in Hochstadt in Upper Franconia (Germany), we have been putting our heart and soul into the design, development and production of customized multifunctional furniture for over 30 years.

In all these years, nothing has accompanied us more consistently than the knowledge that only the perfect combination of the finest materials and first-class workmanship is the basis for our multifunctional, beautifully designed, long-lasting furniture. It has a big impact on how we think and what we do, and this is embodied in our furniture.

With curiosity, sense and self-criticism

Purchasing, production, sales and service – economic sustainability is the result of coordination and efficiency. A well-thought-out optimisation system ensures we constantly scrutinize ourselves and our processes. Then we combine various services, to pool synergies, to link processes or to connect several paths. We said goodbye to outdated habits and turned conventions on their head. It does not always mean the whole production process has to be changed. Sometimes ‘little things’ have an astonishing impact on productivity.

MADE IN GERMANY is to us much more than just the name of a production facility. For us, it is a promise. Hardly any other ‘trademark’ has such a lasting effect and transcends borders as a guarantee of top quality, reliability, innovation and something special.

We are aware of our responsibility. Our responsibility to our customers and dealers as well as to our country and region and Hochstadt am Main. For this we build on our valuable wealth of experience which includes our highly qualified team who brings a great amount of passion.

We build on personal responsibility and identification of our staff members. Each department is one Signet employee entrusted with the respective production part. For instance, a seamstress produces a complete customer order, from the first needle stitch to the finest decorative seam. That’s why we are proud of maintaining a positive and holistic working atmosphere and have been for decades.

From design, product development and manufacture to final inspection and customer services, everything is still under one roof at Signet. Even our furniture is delivered in our own lorries.
