Our materials – from fabrics to leather

Nothing can replace the first impression. In the case of upholstered furniture, this is usually the cover material, which appeals with pleasant colours or a beautiful texture. We work with selected high quality weavers and suppliers to create a balanced mix of practical, easy-care and luxurious finishes and textures. Woven fabrics, velour and leather come into play.

All fabrics are characterised by a high level of durability. Almost all of them are Oeko-Tex certified. Fabrics made from recycled materials are an exception as the used yarns can never be identified with 100% certainty. However, they make a valuable contribution to our sustainable furniture and are also regulated by the German furniture Quality Association which proves their safety.

Leather gives furniture a luxurious and elegant touch. It is durable and easy to care for. Leather, especially with natural finishes, develops a natural patina over time, which enhances its character. It is also very skin-friendly due to its breathability. No matter what you choose, all materials significantly contribute to the high quality and durability of our furniture.
